X/Write is an add-on that Xperit Products realized in corporation with a company called "Digitaal schrijven" This unique tool integrates hand writing with Microsoft Dynamics NAV which saves an enormous amount of time and money.

How it works
People working outside of the office at the customer site are using a digital pencil with special designed forms with grids. The written data on paper is captured by the digital pencil. With a bluetooth connection, this data is sent via the mobile phone to Dynamics NAV. In Dynamics NAV the data is processed and (for example) invoicing is triggered.

Digital copy
In NAV also a digital copy by means of an Adbobe .pdf file is stored.
