X/Send is a fully integrated tool for Microsoft Dynamics NAV that enables you to send e-mails directly from the application automatically. The e-mail subjects and bodytext can be maintained by using the familiair "Extended text" functionality. Variables are used to present names, amounts, document no.'s etc.

For each business relation defaults can be registered about the preferred way of communication. This can be done even per document type.
