Xperit Group B.V. is an intiative of five experienced business partners.

Wim de Bruin 

The world of ICT and ERP are Wim’s fields of activity since 1985. After 15 years with multiple functions within the Baan organization, he changed towards Navision being one of the co-founders of Foqus-ICT in 1999. A solid basis of broad experience in the consultancy and software development areas enabled the small team to create a firm position in the Microsoft distribution channel. After the takeover by Watermark, Wim left the organization in 2005. Subsequently, he was involved in several successful initiatives around Microsoft Business Solutions. In his last job before the start of Xperit Group in September 2008, Wim was responsible for the Product Management of Dynamics Entrepreneur Solutions at Efficiam Services. (Unfortunately, Microsoft decided to withdraw this CSB solution from the market in the premature phase.) Within Xperit Group, Wim mainly focuses on Product Management and Business Development.

Lubbert van den Heuvel

With over 15 years of experience in ERP business, Lubbert has a substantial amount of knowledge to offer. He started his career in 1993 as a Software developer at Baan Development, but within only a short period he switched towards consultancy where Lubbert gained a lot of (international) experience. Since 2000 he works with Microsoft Dynamics NAV(ision) software. First at Foqus-ICT (taken over by Watermark) and after that at MySolutionStore, where Lubbert finally was responsible for one of the local stores. After all, Lubbert is an all-rounder in ERP business where he occupied several positions. However, he never lost the interest in functional content and the application of software tools in practice. Acquisition, Consultancy and Project management are Lubbert’s main points of interest within Xperit Group.

Arend-Jan Kauffmann

Arend-Jan’s ICT career started 1990 as Software developer. Subsequently, he occupied several consultancy functions (amongst others; at CMG Finance). As from 2002; Arend-Jan gathered his experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly known as Navision) being Senior Technical consultant. He was responsible for the technical part of multiple implementation projects. Three years later, Arend-Jan was one of the founders of MySolutionStore as a Software architect for generic software development. After that he was in the same role at Efficiam Services concerning Microsoft Dynamics Entrepreneur Solution. Arend-Jan (Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)) is engaged within the Xperit Group with Product Development and Technical consultancy. 

Marco Maris

Since 1995 Marco Maris is active in the world of Integrated Business Software. He has consultancy experience in several business lines like Wholesale, Discrete manufacturing and After sales service companies. Marco is specialized in spanning the boundaries between business and software solutions. Having a commercial background and logistics (APICS-CPIM) he started at Baan Business Systems as a pre-sales consultant. In 1999 he switched to Foqus-ICT (taken over by Watermark B.V. and finally incorporated by Qurius Business Solutions). At Foqus-ICT he worked with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Microsoft CRM in both implementation and pre-sales situations. In the midst of 2005 Marco was co-founder of MySolutionStore (a Franchise organization offering a complete business suite of software, hardware and services aiming at the SME market, based (amongst others) on Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Finally, he was responsible for Marketing and Partner Management. Marco’s primary focus within Xperit Group is on Consultancy and Marketing.

Robin Bakkenes

Robin Bakkenes (Microsoft Certified Professional en Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) has been employed in ICT business for over 12 years now. Started as a Support engineer at Omegon, he became responsible for the total internal ICT within a few years. Next, he developed Web applications at Ibizznis for the Estate agency business with integrations with external applications like the exchange of objects (buildings) with trade organization NVM. Being technical consultant at Watermark Europe B.V., Robin got acquainted with Microsoft Dynamics business solution software. At Watermark he was involved at several implementation projects at customers’ sites in various lines of business. In 2006, Robin joined MySolutionStore, where he was active as Senior Technical consultant, mainly busy with generic software development for the SME and CSB market. Within Xperit Group, he focuses on Product Development, SQL performance issues, SharePoint and integrations with other applications.
